2. Service Agreement

  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking a service.

  • Luxe Solar Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.

  • All appointments are subject to weather conditions and scheduling availability.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

  • Any failed or disputed payments may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

4. Liability & Warranty

  • Luxe Solar Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to solar panels or roof structures.

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for minor water spots, dust accumulation post-service, or unforeseen weather conditions affecting panel cleanliness.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued once the first cleaning has been completed under a maintenance plan.

6. Privacy Policy

  • All customer information is kept confidential and is only used for service-related communication.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

Luxe Solar Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Business Transfer & Limitation of Liability

  • In the event that Luxe Solar Cleaning is sold, transferred, or acquired by another entity, all liabilities, warranties, and service obligations will be transferred to the new owner.

  • The original owner(s) of Luxe Solar Cleaning shall not be held liable for any claims, disputes, or obligations arising after the transfer of ownership.

  • Any continued use of services after the business transfer constitutes acceptance of the new ownership’s policies and terms.
