3. Track & Sill Cleaning

Next, we scrub the window tracks and wipe down the sills to remove dirt, pollen, and insect buildup—ensuring the whole frame looks refreshed.

4. Pure Water Window Wash

Using a  water-fed pole system and deionized (spot-free) water, we thoroughly scrub the glass from top to bottom—removing dirt, bird droppings, and grime without chemicals.

5. Final Rinse

We finish each window with a high-purity rinse that leaves no spots, streaks, or residue—just crystal-clear glass.

6. Quality Check & Touch-Up

Lastly, we double-check every window, screen, sill, and track. If needed, we hand-dry edges or re-clean any areas to ensure a flawless finish.
